2-hour access to multiple courses for ages 10-17 years.

  • Ages 6-9: Each Party Host can oversee up to 6 children but we welcome larger parties! For every 2 extra children beyond the initial 6, bring a participating adult at $30 each. For instance, if there are 9 children attending, you would need two adults to join the party.
  • Ages 10-17: Each Party Host can oversee up to 8 children but we welcome larger parties! For every 4 extra children beyond the initial 8, bring participating adults at $45 each.  For instance, if there are 12 children attending, you would need one adult to join the party.

What if it rains?
We are an all-weather activity, but don't worry, rain adds an extra thrill to your climb! We're an all-weather activity. Just bring your wet weather gear or a change of clothes for your journey back home.

What should we wear?
Strap on secure, enclosed shoes for climbing fun! Wear clothes suitable for active play and consider the weather. We'll provide everyone  gloves, but feel free to bring your own.

How many circuits can we complete?
Each circuit (or course) takes around 45 minutes to 1 hour. Party Starter includes one circuit only, while the Party Classic includes 2-3 circuits, depending on the circuit‘s difficulty level and everyone's climbing skills.

Does everyone need a waiver form?
Yes, everyone climbing needs a waiver form. Guardians must fill out forms for climbers under 18 years of age before they start their adventure.

What session times are available?
Parties can book anytime within our opening hours. All parties must conclude by 1:30pm, leaving the Party Space by the park's closing  any 

When can I access the Party Space?
Get 1-hour after your session! Organiser’s will have 15-minute early access to the Viewing Deck to setup the picnic table, followed by the Party Host walking the children upstairs at the end of the session. For guest pickups, we kindly ask parents to notify the organiser upon their arrival. It is the responsibility of an adult to escort the child safely downstairs to their parent.

What is your cancellation policy?

7 Days Prior: The final numbers and balance of your booking is due 7 days prior to your scheduled session date. Additional Guests are subject to availability. Deposit is non refundable.

2-6 Days Prior: If booking cancellation occurs 2-6 days prior to your session date, you may reschedule your booking to a later date with a fee equivalent to 20% of the total value of your original booking. No refund applies for cancelled bookings. Booking credits will solely be issued if no alternative session date is available. Minimum charge applies for party packages.

Within 48 hours: Rescheduling or cancellation requests made within 48 hours of the session date will result in a 100% fee, with all tickets, including those of no-show Guests, being forfeited.

Personal Factors: Refunds or booking credits are not extended to Guests unable to complete the experience due to personal factors, such as changes of mind or confidence levels.

Weather policy: We are a most-weather activity. We reserve the right to reschedule due to factors beyond our control, such as thunderstorms and other unforeseen circumstances. Next Level will contact you if your session is affected.
